Those offenses within the Traffic Violation section can be found in Chapter 10.04 of the Shawnee Municipal Code.

The State of Kansas requires the court to collect State Assessment Fees.  Per K.S.A. 12-4116 and 12-4117, all violations, other than non-moving violations, will have an additional $23.50 assessed.  Per K.S.A. 12-4116, all non-moving violations, with the exception of seat belt and parking violations, will have an additional $1.00 assessed.   These fees are in addition to the assessed fine.
