A highly energetic and experienced performer, Cathy has continually captivated diverse audiences—from her college days as a Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader to a myriad of groups as a professional educator to the past 20+ years as a nationally sought-after speaker. Her love of adventure has led her to ski the German Alps, mush a dogsled in Alaska, hike the Incan Trail in Peru and scuba dive in the Caribbean.

In her previous roles as teacher, athletic coach and wellness/student assistance coordinator, she studied the effects of risk, energy and emotional intelligence on performance issues. Cathy has helped thousands of people—from health professionals to HR managers to school administrators—stretch themselves further by handling change, work/life balance, teamwork, wellness and leadership with confidence.

Cathy is the author of two eLearning courses and four books.  Her books are: Balancing Work & Life in a Crazy, Connected World (Full Swing Publishing, Kansas City, MO, 2014), Living in Full Swing (Advantage Media, Charleston, SC, 2007), It Takes Character (Incentive Publications Inc., Nashville TN, 2003), and RISK IT! Diane DoolinDiane Doolin, RN
Diane is a nurse who is passionate about wellness!   Although she loves caring for patients in the hospital, she would much rather help people avoid the need to be there.  This passion for helping empower others to reach and maintain their optimal level of health shines through in all that she does.  Wanting to promote healthy self-care, Diane earned advanced certification and began teaching therapeutic and restorative "demystified" yoga classes in 2005, eventually tweaking her program and incorporating other movement arts to create Peaceful Stretch classes.

Realizing that how we nourish the body greatly affects our health mentally and emotionally as well as physically, Diane also began studying whole, natural foods.  She attended multiple intensives at Kripalu and the Himalayan Institute, as well as many hours of independent study, learning a variety of approaches to holistic nutrition and natural living.  She created her business- Reach into Wellness- to share with others what she has learned over the years, and to encourage and support those beginning (or continuing!) their own journey.

Denise WilliamsDenise Williams
Denise Williams has been a Shawnee resident for 17 years and was an elementary educator for 9. Out of the many hats she wears, being an essential oil user and educator is top of the list. Using oils has positively impacted everything else she does! Denise has been a Young Living essential oil user for 3.5 years. In her journey to maintain wellness and kick toxic products, Denise’s passion for oils has exploded and she wants to share her oil journey with everyone. She wants to show people that you don’t have to be an aromatherapist to use oils to promote wellness. You can start right where you are!
