D. NEW BUSINESS 1. BZA-06-17-06; VARIANCE REQUEST TO SMC SECTION 17.20.050 (D2) TO ALLOW ENCROACHMENT WITHIN THE 30-FOOT REAR YARD SETBACK REQUIRED IN THE R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT. THE REQUEST IS TO ALLOW AN ATTACHED GARAGE TO BE ADDED ONTO THE REAR OF THE HOME. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FOR THIS REQUESTED VARIANCE IS LOCATED AT 10611 W. 53RD STREET. MR. BILL STACK, PROPERTY OWNER, SUBMITS THE APPLICATION.
