2. BZA-09-17-07; PER APPLICANTS REQUEST, THIS ITEM HAS BEEN TABLED TO THE AUGUST 17, 2017 MEETING.

1. BZA-08-17-07; VARIANCE REQUEST FROM SMC SECTION 17.20.050 (D2) TO ALLOW AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO ENCROACH INTO THE REAR YARD SETBACK REQUIRED IN THE R-1 ZONING DISTRICT. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FOR THIS REQUESTED VARIANCE IS LOCATED AT 5740 APACHE DRIVE.

3. BZA-10-17-07; VARIANCE REQUEST FROM SMC SECTION 17.20.050 (D2) TO ALLOW AN UNROOFED DECK TO ENCROACH MORE THAN SIX FEET (6’) INTO THE 30-FOOT REAR YARD SETBACK REQUIRED IN THE R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT.
