BZA-04-16-05; CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 17.60.010 (A) TO ALLOW AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO BE CONSTRUCTED ON A LOT WITHOUT A PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE IN PLACE IN THE R-1 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) ZONING DISTRICT, LOCATED AT 6040 BALLENTINE ST. REQUEST SUBMITTED BY CAROL MUNDY, PROPERTY OWNER.

No objections from the public.

Approved with standard conditions and application for the residential building permit must be submitted within 18 months of May 19, 2016.

Members of Community Missionary Baptist Church, property owners adjacent to 19129 W. 59th Street, requested further information regarding the variance request.

Deputy Planning Director Allmon read the staff report and presented photos to include:
