1. THIS ITEM WAS TABLED AT THE JULY 20, 2017 MEETING. BZA-09-17-07; VARIANCE OF SECTION 17.54.240 TO REDUCE THE REQUIRED BUILDING SEPARATION DISTANCE FROM 20 FEET TO 18 FEET IN THE PUDMR ZONING DISTRICT. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FOR THIS REQUESTED VARIANCE IS LOCATED AT 5240 AND 5250 HEDGE LANE TERRACE. MR. RICK INGHRAM OF PRAIRIE PINES TOWNHOMES SUBMITS THE APPLICATION FOR SHAWNEE ASSOCIATES LLC, DEVELOPER.

2. BZA-11-17-08; VARIANCE TO SMC SECTION 17.10.040 D3 TO ALLOW AN ACCESSORY BUILDING TO BE LOCATED CLOSER THAN 30 FEET TO THE SIDE LOT LINE IN THE AG ZONING DISTRICT.
